You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to use MemeCraft lawfully and not to harass others, upload illegal content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading, you grant MemeCraft a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform.

You represent that you have the rights to upload content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

Accounts that impersonate individuals, companies, brands, or organisations in a misleading way may be renamed, suspended, or removed.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Do not upload content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, or intended to deceive or harm others.

Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission.

Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with MemeCraft.

MemeCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using MemeCraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons.
